Who do you typically work with?

We work with promoter-led businesses, typically in the ₹50–500 crore revenue range, who are making important capital or growth decisions. Our clients are usually profitable or near profitability and are thinking seriously about equity, debt, or acquisitions.

Do you only work on fundraising mandates?

No. Many of our engagements begin well before any fundraising. We often work with promoters to bring clarity on valuation, capital structure, and timing—sometimes advising not to raise capital at all.

How are you different from investment banks or brokers?

We are an advisory-first firm. Our focus is on helping promoters make the right capital decisions, not on pushing transactions. Execution follows only when it makes sense for the business.

Are you independent from investors and lenders?

Yes. We do not deploy capital and are not affiliated with any fund or lending institution. Our advice is conflict-free and aligned solely with the promoter’s long-term interests.

Do you help with acquisitions?

Yes, selectively. We advise promoters on acquisition strategy, valuation, and capital structuring where inorganic growth materially impacts the business or capital base. We do not act as generic deal brokers.
